Welcome to The Village in Columbine Valley

“The Village” is an extraordinary neighborhood in the heart of Littleton, Colorado. Our covenant-controlled community is made up of 60 homes built in the late 1970’s and beyond. Located at the south-east corner of West Bowles Avenue and South Platte Canyon Road, Columbine Valley has become one of Colorado’s most sought-after areas for home buyers. The Village in Columbine Valley is supported by an incredible group of homeowners who have a long history of place-making and fellowship. Annual Summer BBQs and Holiday Celebrations hosted but our Board of Directors bring neighbors together throughout the year and foster the year-round sense of community. 

A Brief History of Our Community 

Prepared by Bill Newton, one of the earliest residents in the town, in 1978 this History of Columbine Valley provides insight to the roots of our community. Among other  contributions Bill made to the community, he served two terms as the town mayor from 1972 to 1976.

Local Schools

Our community is served by the distinguished Littleton Public School District which offers National Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence as well as a high school International Baccalaureate program. The Village in Columbine is located across the street from Wilder Preschool and Wilder Elementary School and feeds into Goddard Middle School and Heritage High School.
