Dating back to approximately 1996, the HOA neglected to pay property tax for the parcel of land located at the west entrance of the neighborhood. This property is now owned by a party unrelated to the community. The HOA proposed to pursue ownership of that parcel in 2020. Along with the purchase price of the property, we anticipate legal fees and back taxes will be owed.
A notice will be distributed to each home providing notice of the date and time for a Budget Ratification meeting.
