- Notice received mid-march that we would not be receiving $2,000 from the Town of Columbine Valley
- Design Review Report
- 1 Village Ct – Roof Approved
- 13 Village Dr – Plans to pain siding
- 11 Village Ct – Would like to remove large tree. HOA and neighbors visit next week to review request
- 18 Village Ct – Woodpecker holes and detrant is unsightly. HOA will volunteer to fix
- 34 Village Dr – Site visit next week to review landscaping plans
- 5 Village Ct – Window Well replacement approved
- Landscaping / Maintenance Report
- The Nevada Ditch Company removed problem trees from the ditch.
- Planting for entryways is scheduled to begin within the week
- Cody Brooks has volunteered to mow the pocket park to conserve funds
