- Electrical work complete on the south side of the west entrance
- Quote received to make repairs to the power outlet and conduit is expected to come in +/- $500.00 – Motion approved to complete the repairs for $600 or less
- Decorations come down after the stock show (1/26/20)
- We continue to work with the Town of Columbine Valley as well as Nevada Ditch Co to remove trees from the ditch that present a threat to homes and people
- The pot-hole on S. Platte, along our wall, is still pending repair
- Drainage at the Middlefield entrance continues to be ineffective – discuss further with the Town of Columbine Valley for maintenance and repair
