- Protective Covenants (Special Session) – 7:07 PM – 7:53 PM
- Financial Report
- The board compensated 1 Middlefield Rd their annual dues in exchange for watering the Pocket Park; however the homeowner did not water as agreed. The board will provide the homeowner notice and evaluate the efficacy of this arrangement going forward.
- Landscaping / Maintenance
- Fall clean-up is scheduled for 11/7/20 at 10 AM.
- Design Review Report
- Extensive work is being completed around the community. Most of that work has been approved.
- 7 Middlefield initiated tree removal which resulted in unfavorable results for back-door neighbors. Although the results of the professional work were less than satisfactory, it was determined that the homeowner did not violate the protective covenants.
- Other Updates
- The Board is seeking new board members and committee members and a notice will be sent out to homeowners in the coming weeks.
- We are still working to acquire the parcel of land at the West entrance. Mimi Kuchman will take over that project.
