Called to order 7:10PM
Budget/Financial Review
- We still have dues Past Due
- Bill called all residents and didn’t get to talk to anyone.
- We are going to send out a letter about liens on homes after they are 3 years late.
- We will send this notice out with the dues notice in the fall.
- Summer BBQ was $300 under budget and was very well attended.
- We have approx. $9K in operating, $11,500 in reserve.
Christmas Party
- Searching for a host.
- Need to send out an email asking residents if anyone would like to host the holiday party,
- Explains the details how house cleaning before and after, and catered food, etc. –
- Once the host has been selected we’d like Secretary to call in impromptu party planning meeting to do final planning.
Luminaries
Jeff will be the primary to organize and plan.
Next board meeting schedule (tentatively) for Jan 24th.
