About the HOA Board

Every Village homeowner is a member of the Home Owners Association (HOA). The HOA Board consists of five(5) board members as defined by the HOA bylaws. Any homeowner may apply to become a member of the board. When a vacancy occurs, board candidates are considered and elected to the board via closed-session voting by the members of the board.  For a complete list of our current board members click here.

The HOA board meets four times a year to administer the HOA responsibilities. Scheduled board meetings are scheduled for the first Tuesday of the first month of each calendar quarter at 6:30 PM. The meetings are held at the Columbine Valley Town Hall. The meetings will be announced on this site. The meetings are open to all Village home owners to attend and submit input on issues of interest. We encourage all home owners to become involved in the community by attending the meetings and to volunteer to work on one of the committees.

The HOA is chartered to collect home owner dues, manage the HOA finances, to oversee the common area maintenance, maintain the HOA website, schedule and coordinate the HOA parties, and to monitor and enforce the covenants.
