Please find the map of street impacts here. View the Map
Thanks to everyone who called with questions, hopefully this will clarify the parking/access situation.
On Tuesday, both Burning Tree and The Village will receive slurry treatments on half of their streets. Please see the attached maps – the roads in green will be treated on Tuesday, and the roads in red will be treated on Wednesday.
Work will begin at 7 a.m. on both mornings, and last until 5 p.m. During that time, you will not be able to get in or out of your garage/driveway if you live in the impacted (green/red) areas. You may park on the street overnight in the side of your neighborhood not being worked on: i:e if you live on a green street, you should park on a red street Monday night and if you live on a red street, you should park on a green street Tuesday night.
If we get rain, the project may be delayed, and I will communicate updates to you via HOA email.
Prior to work commencing (approximately 7 a.m.), workers from A-One Chip Seal will knock on the doors of all impacted homes to let them know they should pull out of their garages/driveways for the day, and show them where they may park. There should also be representatives from that company all day to direct traffic as needed.
Cars parked on the street in or near the impacted neighborhoods, including in the Town Hall parking lot, will not be ticked on these two nights. If you are mistakenly given a ticket, please call Town Hall at the number below. Please park in legal spaces and don’t block you neighbor’s driveway or emergency access (if you do that, you will be towed or get a ticket).
I hope this helps, please don’t hesitate to contact Town Hall if you have additional questions.
