Annual Village Garage Sale

June 7, 2025 – 8:00am – 5pm (at latest) 

The Village will host the annual garage sale on Saturday, June 7, starting at 8am. All sales must be wrapped up by 5pm, but individual home owners are allowed to stop earlier. The Board will post the “Garage Sale” banners at the Platte Canyon entrance, as well as post to local social media pages.

The Village annually holds its community garage sale on the 1st Saturday of June, and coordinates with other area neighborhoods, including Burning Tree and Bowmar.

Reminder, the Town of Columbine Valley does not allow individual homeowners to hold garage or estate* sales. Each area HOA is responsible for coordinating a single annual event. 

 *Columbine Valley allows estate sales if special conditions are met.
