Treasurers Report:
- We are in Very good standing Financially – We have received all outstanding Due’s!!!
- We are currently under budget and in best financial position in years.
- We are looking to use Designs by Sundown again to perform planting and beautification for next spring.
- There are currently efforts to replace the old electrical lines throughout the neighborhood.
- West entry Sign should be in place in the next couple of weeks.
Architectural Committee:
- As a reminder, before making any changes to the outside of your homes please contact your HOA to discuss. If changes are made without approval there is a chance that you will be asked to fix at your own expense.
- We will be sending out reminders with our January Dues notices.
Landscape and Maintenance:
- Maintenance around the walls and entrances will be performed by an outside source going forward.
New Business:
- Christmas party will be hosted by Jeff and Lisa Brooks at 34 Village Drive on Friday December 4th, 2015 6:30pm.
- Luminaries will be distributed by the HOA again for a small cost all proceeds go directly to the HOA. If you would like help setting up luminaries we have plenty of kids in the neighborhood who would enjoy giving a hand.
- We will shoot for the first Monday of every quarter for future HOA meetings. These dates are subject to change, please feel free to reach out to the HOA if you would like to participate.
- We will try to coordinate with Burning Tree again for the Summer party and Garage Sale.
- We are discussing the idea of moving the Summer party to a house or the end of the cul de sac (Columbine ln). Please let your HOA members know if you feel strongly one way or another.
- Once we receive feedback on the new signs at the West entrance we will start the plans around putting in signs at the East entrance.
