- Need to establish a budget and provider for common area lawn care
- Increased CapEx and maintenance costs as well as attorney fees have depleting reserves
- Motion passed to increase annual dues to $150 / Member

- There is deferred maintenance within and along the ditch – the board will submit a letter to JD with the Town of Columbine Valley
- Follow-up with JD on repair of the pot-hole along S. Platte
- Wall maintenance will be done in May
- Repair solar lights @ the Middlefield entrance – consider hard-wire solution
- Other Updates
- Since 1980, the HOA failed to pay taxes for the common area property located along S. Platte. The property was acquired in 1996 at auction.
- Motion passed to offer $1,000 to the current owner of the parcel.
