• Meeting convened at 7:05 PM
• Luminary Recap
  • Favorable community response – will continue the program next year
  • 1000 candles purchased, 800 used, ran out of sand, order 20 lbs next year
  • Include adult beverages at next year’s event
• Covenants Update
  • Continue work to update community covenants
  • Neighboring covenants researched
  • Look into retaining an attorney per recommendation
  • Goal is to vote on new covenants by the summer

  • Outstanding Dues
    • 21 Village Drive – owes $135, but plans to pay
    • 8 Village Court – Paid in Full
    • 1 Middlefield – Paid in Full
    • 3 MIddlefield – Owes for 2017, 2018 + 2019 | Mimi will contact
  • Courtesy Reminders
    • Jeff will sign letters and send to Hailey for distribution
  • Landscaping
    • Lanterns replaced and dues waived in kind
    • New holiday decorations need to be purchased (Hailey)

  • Create a Calendar for the BOD (Hailey)
    • 1/1 – Annual Dues Due
    • 2/15 – Annual Dues Late
    • 5/11 – Spring Clean Up (Willi)
