Financial Update
Finances of HOA are healthy
Landscape and Maintenance
Board discussed new lights at the east entrance. Additional discussions of entrance improvements was discussed. New vendors were discussed for weed control on the west side of the wall on Platte Canyon.
Architectural Review
Many residents have requested approval for new roofs. All request have fallen within guidelines and have been approved.
Old Business
All welcome baskets have been delivered to the new residents.
We tabled discussion on Board member job descriptions until the January Board meeting when we will review and further discuss those descriptions contained in the By Laws of the Village.

We discussed the possibility of a traffic gate for the west entrance and agreed we will entertain any proposal, forwarded to the board for further discussion and then forwarding same to the Town office for review.
We are adopting a more concise method of recording notes for our board meetings.
We are working on a service for people in the neighborhood that could use assistance with snow removal. If you are in need of assistance for snow removal or would like to volunteer to help with snow removal of those in need please contact a board member.
