General Business
- Approved minutes from previous meeting
- 2016 Budget presented by Treasurer, Mimi Kuchman
- Total Expenses Budgeted $9,760
- Total Expenses Actual $9,174.20
- Balance $5,410.61

Old Business
- Update on HOA fees: There are 4 homeowners who have not paid 2016 dues. They will receive a notice with the 2017 HOA fee reminder letter.
- Luminaries: Many homeowners participated in the Christmas luminaria display. After costs, + $23 into HOA account
- Adam: There were 3 requests for architectural approvals in 2016.
- Willi: Electrical problem at west entrance now fixed.
New Business
- Perhaps reconsider how luminaries are distributed next year in order to increase homeowner participation.
- 2017 HOA fee reminder letter to be distributed via flyers. Reminders will be sent via email close to the deadline of Feb 28.
- New homeowner welcome baskets to be delivered by Feb 14.
- Consider reallocation of funds for landscaping at some point to ensure both entrances are properly addressed.
- Adam and Willi will work on developing interactive calendar to help HOA Board members communicate and keep up on important dates and help homeowners stay connected and informed.
- Consider revising/updating HOA bylaws in 2017-2018.
- Willi and Adam will work on changing servers for the web site at the end of 2017 to help save money on hosting services.
- Willi: Sometime this year, he will work with homeowners backing to Platte regarding tree trimming in order to protect the integrity of the wall. He will also monitor the negative drainage situation at the west entrance and come up with a plan to improve.
- Summer BBQ date determined: August 20, 2017.
- Next meeting: April 11, 2017.
